Transfer day brings a great deal of activity and as always some humor. We deliver to the airport first thing in the morning and then pick-up and deliver to the Bus station around noon and them collect again at the airport the new arrivals from Cape Town in the afternoon. This is a picture the group in the morning and Elder Bradley leaving on the bus to travel to Port Elizabeth. Elder Ebong was having some luggage problems and had to repack. He had this special mirror which he had to take with him so he could see his good looks. You can’t really see it but Elder Smith wrote on his planner the word “Son” welcoming the new missionary he will be training as the 14 Elders arrived at the airport in the afternoon.
